El objetivo de WOIS es «ESCULTISMO SIN FRONTERAS». Por esta razón, la comisión establecida bajo las Organizaciones Scout Nacionales y bajo el liderazgo de la WOIS, está apuntando a llevar las relaciones internacionales al más alto nivel incluso en el rincón más lejano del mundo y establecer los lazos de fraternidad sólida entre los scouts. El objetivo es que el espíritu y la filosofía de los scouts se extiendan por todo el mundo y que «exploren un Mundo e Hermandad » para iluminar con el escultismo a todo el mundo.
The aim of WOIS is "SCOUTING WITHOUT FRONTIERS". For this reason, the commission established under the National Scout Organizations and under the leadership of the WOIS, is aiming to take international relations to the highest level even in the farthest corner of the world and establish the bonds of solid fraternity among the scouts. The aim is that the spirit and philosophy of the scouts spread throughout the world and that they "explore a World and Brotherhood" to enlighten the whole world with Scouting.
