EL Consejo Mundial de WOIS / The WOIS World Council 

El Consejo Mundial es el Organismo de dirección de nuestra institución en el se suman todas las voluntades y compromisos de nuestra hermandad scout.
Nuestro primer Consejo Mundial nació en Caracas, Venezuela en Julio de 2011 en el marco de nuestra primera Asamblea Mundial.

The World Council is the organism for direction of our institution add up all the will and commitment of our brotherhood scout.
Our first Council was born in Caracas, Venezuela in July 2011, as part of our first World Assembly.
