Actualmente, el rol de Comisionado Mundial de Adiestramiento Adulto se encuentra en poder del scouter HUGO PANIAGUA de Paraguay, quien desde el pasado mes de mayo posee el cargo nombrado por el actual consejo mundial de WOIS.
